The house is being refurbished (slowly) but kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms & bedrooms (three can be used) are finished (the hall/stairs is stacked with "things" though). However, most people would live on the terrace outside which has a spacious living area shaded by trees, table, tennis table, etc. The house would not suit elderly people (too many steps) or very young children (too many walls) and the access road is narrow and twisty, but once you're up the hill it's all worth it! All the usual appliances are available. We have no pets. Catherine has allergies to cats and dogs and cannot be in a space which has had either in the recent past. We prefer that exchangers not smoke in the house, as the smoke stays in the furniture and Catherine's allergic to that too.
