Traveling by myself. 1st Reply -- by Klaas - I've visited Ireland several times myself and let me tell you that there won't be any problem finding an B&B. You might even want to try Independent hostels (something like a youth hostel), they are not expensive and you meet a lot of people. have fun. 2nd Reply -- Call the Irish Tourist Board at 1-800-223-6470 and request the "Ireland" publication...it's full of B&B info. By the way, B&B's are EVERYWHERE. I was there in March of this year....no crowds and no problem finding available B&B's.
