Keep in mind when talking to travel agencies in UK, Spain, and Europe they have a very active stand-by and last-minute fares system. There are actually agencies London that only deal with stand-by and last-minute fares. Some agencies will only deal with one. I was told stand-by was for charters and last-minute fares for scheduled air lines. Then talking to another agent they said it differently. So I haven't exactly figured it out except the fares do exist, are advertised, and quoted. You may want to ask about them.

1. There are many tours and packages to the Canary Islands from New York and Boston. But they all are $150+ more than Spanish Heritage Tours. Their package includes airfare, 6 nights accommodation, budget breakfast daily, round trip transfers, welcome party, and free daily entrance to casino. The prices start at $725 for Studio Apartment - per person - double occupancy - prices good through the end of April - single supplements are available..
